Lökene Grave field

Two pre-historic grave fields located north of Grums.

A few kilometers north of Grums centre, in Lökene, there are two pre-historic grave fields with a total of 50 mounds. These graves have not been examined, but a nearby grave-field, that was examined and removed, contained potsherds, iron fragments, a bronze ring and whetstone dating back to the Viking Age, 800-1500 AD.
